These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vaulted Values X ("VVX," "we," "our," or "us"), including the main site, game-specific hubs and subdomains, and features such as value lists, calculators, trade ads, public profiles, community tools, codes, and messages.
By using VVX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law where you live to use the service.
- If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must use VVX with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- You must be legally allowed to enter into these Terms.
Accounts and Authentication
Some features require a VVX account or a linked provider login such as Roblox or Discord. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Acceptable Use
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, or abuse other users.
- Do not post fraudulent, misleading, or malicious trade ads, ratings, reports, or messages.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, bulk automation, or unauthorized tooling to access or extract data from VVX.
- Do not interfere with site security, stability, moderation systems, or other users' access.
- Do not upload illegal content, malware, or material that violates another person's rights.
- Do not use VVX or its outputs to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product without our written permission.
User Content
You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you give VVX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service. This includes content such as trade ads, public profile data, ratings, reports, giveaway entries, and messages.
Messages, Trade Ads, and Community Features
VVX provides tools to help users connect, post trade ads, participate in community activity, and communicate through messages. We do not guarantee the conduct, identity, intent, or reliability of other users. You are solely responsible for how you interact with other users and for any decisions you make using information found on the platform.
Public profiles, ratings, trade ads, and some community submissions may be visible to others. Messages are private to the intended participants in normal use, but may be reviewed by moderators or administrators when needed for abuse prevention, safety, investigations, or legal compliance.
Value Lists, Calculators, and Codes Disclaimer
Value estimates, calculators, rankings, codes, and related tools on VVX are informational only. They are not guarantees of market value, demand, rarity, availability, or future performance. Code availability may change without notice, and values may become outdated. You are responsible for verifying information before making trade or gameplay decisions.
Intellectual Property
VVX and its software, branding, layouts, databases, written content, and visual assets are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as explicitly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or republish any part of the service.
Third-Party Services
VVX may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Roblox, Discord, hosting providers, analytics providers, or advertising partners. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, outages, policies, or disputes.
Independent Platform Notice
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific page, VVX is an independent fan-made platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of games tracked on the platform.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any account or feature at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, attempted to abuse the service, or if we need to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Availability and Changes
VVX is offered on an "as available" basis. We may modify, remove, pause, or replace any feature, page, API, or data source at any time without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VVX is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, uninterrupted access, or that the service will be error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or virtual items arising from or related to your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VVX, its operators, staff, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of VVX after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
